🔄 Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Contact us at lunako.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

📦 Damaged Items Policy
⚠️ Please note: We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that were damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged due to transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lunako.store@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Items damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or card provider. If still unresolved, contact us at lunako.store@gmail.com.
